Help! I have a hen that is acting strange but is showing no symptoms. We let our chickens out to free range and she stayed in the coop and stood there with her eyes closed. Now usually my rirs I can not pick up but I walked right up to her and picked her up. There are no swollen eyes, feet are fine, no draining nostrils, or no labored breathing... Seriously can't find a thing wrong with her, Ive even felt around to see if she was egg bound. But she is walking slow and every time I pick her up or she stands still she closes her eyes. Any ideas? I do have her seperated.
