Tired week old

One of our week olds is extremely tired this evening. She’s been peppy up until late afternoon and is having trouble staying awake. Out of character, they perk up at any hour normally if I try to handle them. She’s eating and drinking but getting tired in between. Poops are normal. Can this sometimes be nothing?

It can be nothing - how is she this morning?

She’s a little more alert but not much. She has been drinking water, picking around at her food but doesn’t seem to be eating. She’ll just stop and stand randomly, whereas a couple of days ago she was very vivacious. I noticed a little intestinal shed in a poop, but watched another one that was completely normal.
