Titan, our "puppy" LGD, is 10!

Our Great Pyrenees, Titan, celebrated his 10th birthday yesterday. He was out in the farm yard doing what he does so well .... guarding the flock.

Yesterday he was out guarding our mama hen, Lou, and her five 4-week old chicks. The rest of our flock was out too, but Titan stuck close to those little chicklettes of ours.

Oh what a good, good boy! We were looking into some GPs in rescue around here, but our own little GP mix fell into our laps before we got too far

He looks like he is worth his weight in gold!!!
