Titanium Eyeglasses Frames?

My son has them and loves them. He's 15 and he tries to be careful with his glasses. But sometimes he would end up getting his old pair bent out of shape. So this time around the lady showed us the titanium pair. My son tried on others and kept going back to them because they were so light weight. He's had them almost a year and they have held up great with no problems. Oh did I say he loves them. lol

My son is the hardest person on eyewear and we have found titanium not to be any better with him than the $50 frames I just purchased from Wal-Mart on clearence.

When he broke his titanium pair we could not find anyone who could weld them so we had to buy a new pair.

I have had a pair for quite a few years and really like them. I am rough on glasses and these have held up great. I am getting a new pair and sending my old pair to 39dollarglasses.com to have new lens put in, so I will have two pair.

I just got a pair of them, but I'm just getting used to looking through the lenses, I have the progressive. Otherwise they're very comfortable and I also forget I have them on and walk into the shower and sometimes fall asleep with them on.

Mine were $600. So far I like them a lot.

I just went to the eye guy yesterday. Picking out new frames was a nightmare. I left without choosing a thing. I may end up just getting new lenses in my old frames
