There is no "One Right Way" or everyone would be doing it (except that one guy, because there's always that one guy....), but there are thousands of wrong ways. We'd be happy to help steer you away from the more common pitfalls (as with the excellent advice above), and to help you select from the "right way for some" the more appropriate choices for your individual situation. Not every solution that works for me is appropriate for @3KillerBs 's needs and expectations (to name drop a poster whom I greatly respect), nor do all of their experiences necessarily apply to my situation.
