To Be or not to Be a coop or tractor

I started this as a tractor the original design is from you tube and was in California. I live in Georgia. It's pretty heavy now made with 2x4s when I want to predator proof it so I'm thinking it could be a coop and hi can build an additional run.. Or should it be tractor. It's still being worked on .
