I have this plymouth rock rooster that seemed to be having leg problems heres the thread about it https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=276803

So
it turned out that it was frostbite on his toes. So now a few weeks later all his toe have fallen off

. But when he couldn't walk right ( he can now) he really dragged his bum on the ground so his bum feathers were coverd in poop, and that attracted mites

. So I dusted him to take care of the beastys. But now even tho he is walking normaly he still has a poopy bum and still has mites! ( well mite eggs) . SO I reallly don't know what to do with this guy

Should I cull him? should I keep him? Oh and by the way he is separated from the rest of the flock.

Give him a bath and see if his "bum" gets better. I would think it would. If he's walking fine I see no reason to cull after all this work. But, that's just my opinion

Why not get your scissors and trim the feathers and fluff around his butt? I've had to do this to my black star and barred rock hens to prevent poopy butt and it solved the problem. Then you should be able to treat your mite problem easier.
