To eat or not to eat

Hawk got two of my hens today, just plucked and ate the heads. I plucked and cleaned them as usual, planning on having chicken for dinner I guess! ha

No problem. No sense in them being totally wasted. But, you know he will be back......

I've heard that hawks taste like chicken. Of course I wouldn't know about that

Well, they tasted fine! Made some Tam Kha Gai - Thai coconut and chicken soup! Was great
