To Feed Or Not To Feed

Just one fast question, can chickens have dried/wet cat food for treats? I have heard yes and no. Any inputs?

Lots of people do this, in small quantities. The problems are too much sodium and the methionine content, maybe among others. I have also seen it recommended A(by DLHunicorn, who has done extensive chicken research) that this never be done, because of the methionine. You won't see a problem if you do it a few times, but the threat is long term organ damage.
