To Hatch Upright or To Not Hatch Upright?

Going into lockdown tonight with silkie eggs. First hatch for me. Can I get a consensus on who hatches upright in modified egg carton and who lets them hatch on side and your reasoning? These have been in a turner throughout whole incubation. Thank you!

Also the temp during lockdown should stay consistant with temp during incubation correct? Forced air Hovabator. I got my humidity down pat where I would like. Thank you!!!
