To have a poop board or not

What are the best things to make the poop board out of. I need something I can go into a store and say, give me ______ in a ___x____ size.

Go to Lowes or simlar store. Buy a 4' x 8' sheet of white shower tile sheet for $10. Use a skill saw to cut it to size at home.

Edited to add: We wanted something with a lip or edge on it so we could put shavings or newspaper in the dropping tray. To make it easier to clean.

I am thinking that I may need to stack roosts until my males have been culled. Anybody have a good pic of how you have solved the poo board issue for this dilema. I am thinking that I will have one set of stair step (2 roosts) 3 feet above the other set. Sort of an upstairs/downstairs sort of thing.

I am have also seen that some people enclose the area under the roosts so that chickens use the area under the roosts and get 'dropped-on'.
