To Help or Not to Help!! Opinions Wanted!!

Im new to incubating, Ive read , read and kept on reading. I want to know everyones opinion on helping hatchlings that are having problems. I myself will probably never help a chick, I believe its natures way of natural selection, kinda like only the strong survive.

I used to help, only to find out that most of them died anyway. So, I never help them anymore.

I feel like I may make it worse, if it has a chance it will do it on its own.
