strawn28 has pea eggs in the incubator with an egg turner going... The eggs are at different stages of development...and some are at the lockdown stage...
I say to remove the egg turner ... What do you pea pros say??? Strawn28 has a post in this forum but no one else has replied and I'm trying to get the best advice for the eggs....

Some eggs will hatch even when they are on the egg turner, but of course you will get the best results if you stopped turning the last 3 days and raised the humidity.

Depending on what type of turner you have, it is possible for the chick to get mangled if the turner is not removed. I have seen plenty that hatched in the turner without problems, but the possibility is still there.

In my cabinet model I can hatch out in the bottom of the unit as it has a hatching box just for that. Some of my chicks hatched in the turners and fell down into the box with no problems last year. As a matter of fact, my hatch rate increased in the lower humidity, lower forties.

Thanks in advance to all advice! I'm new on here and to hatching.
I have basic automatic egg turner it moves side to side. I have a heated box next to incubator for after they hatch which is 99.5 temp 50% humidity. Could I move the eggs that are 26 days there? Or just keep eye and move the chicks that hopefully hatch?

Does your incubator have a fan?
