She hasn't layed any of her own yet. Two of the fertalized eggs are bantam eggs with the others easter egg blue. All are fertilized eggs My run is 10 feet by 10 feet How If all the chicks live. That will be 16 chickens
Is the hen house to small? If it's to small for all of them. What is a safe number of chickens to keep for that size of hen house? Also I have 3 beds for them to lay eggs is that enough. I do have someone to take the baby chicks. But I would like to keep some of them to increase my flock. Any advice would be appreciated. The eggs should hatch around Aug 4th or 5 th

On this forum the recommended space in the coop for chickens is four square feet per chicken. You coop is 89 inches by 60 inches, that's
89 x 60 = 5340 sq in. or 37.08 sq ft. So you have room for 9 and a quarter chickens. Runs should be 10 sq ft per, your run at 100 sq ft. works for ten. The standard number of hens per nest is four. Your three nest can make 12 hens happy. Those are your numbers. If your just starting out I would keep it at nine or less.
