To much fan

Ok had some trouble with chicks pipping and not being able to hatch out. I have a fan that is blowing so hard that you can see the feathers moving on the chicks. Going to get a speed control for my fan and might make a baffle to keep it from blowing right on the eggs. Hope this helps

I think that would help. A fan that is blowing too hard and directly on the eggs can dry them out too quick while they are trying to hatch, trapping the chicks in the eggs. Hope you can get it sorted and have a better hatch next time!
