See this is what I'm thinking but I haven't heard any crowing. Now the question is which came first an egg or a crow sound!

At 12 weeks old, they all look like pullets!
It's completely normal for a pullets comb to begin reddening at this age. Over the course of the next few weeks, I'm sure their combs and wattles will become much more developed the closer the get to laying their first eggs.
Enjoy them, they are beautiful.
