To sell eggs/chicks..separate by color?

I think I may try to take advantage of this ultra hardy sumatra flock and sell some eggs and chicks in the spring. My question is..I have blues and blacks...should I separate them by color or keep them all together? What would the difference be monetarally or as far as interest to buyers?

Not sure if it would make much difference monetarily, but blue on blue will give you splash birds as well and black on blue will give you black and blue and help improve the lacing in your blues
