To The Vet or No?

She isn't starving, she until this morning atejust as much as her flock mates. Can one obtain poultry antibiotics at a feed store?
 
That I can't help you with - but you could try just going to the vet and ask for baytril - if you put across that you know what you are doing they give out antibiotics, here anyway. Would save you some bucks.. I agree with the tubing and water - I did it with my sick chicken and they perked up no end - don't know if you have something called Heptonic but its magic stuff. Hope chicken will be fine

Happy to report our girl seems back to normal today. We are speculating that she was dehydrated. We have been watching her closely today, and she seems back to her normal behavior, and her poop is back to normal.

there you go, that's wonderful news - I have noticed, although learning,, that if one chook is not well, and the others are fine, its normally food or water that is lacking - wish it was same way with humans!!!
