THERE IS HOPE!

My Buff Orp laid her first egg on Tuesday at 42 weeks! I'd just about given up on the old girl.

So, to those of you waiting on your chicken spinsters to start a-laying, it *will* happen, sometimes they are just on their own time schedule!

I have an easter egger who is all that is left.. She is... 11 months old the end of this month. Will be one year March 30th.
