Toast for Breakfast!

Hi, my 5 girls are Rhose Island Reds and are just 30 months old
They have virtually stopped laying eggs ,just one or two every 2nd 3rd day!
ive checked for hidden nests and kept them in their pen for a week to be sure of this . They have no mites or worms and usually free range for minimum 5 hours per day
They have layer pellets as their main food
Anything i can do?
