Today is a sad day for a chicken lover

When I had to rehome Jerry I cried for a week and cried for the 3 hour trip to NH.

I know how you all feel. they have left. what is sadder is I think those are the only girls I have. the other buff orps have redder wattles. What does dark pink mean? its not red but its not pink. If i have 6 boys I will be really sad cause they will have to go. I have enough roosters in my small area. I dont want any complaints.

I know how you feel now. I am really missing them. The ones I have left look sad without there sisters. I know I did the right thing though. They are with a good family who will cherish them

It is very emotional to have to rehome chickens sometimes. I know my turn will be coming, and I will cry all day too.
