My dh might actually give body parts for a nice tiller/snow blade like that. I'm not going to let him see this.

BTW, I usually pile the shavings/poo in a separate pile and add it to my main compost pile when I mow the grass, thereby getting a good mix of brown and green. There is a fair amount of nitrogen in the chicken poo, but it needs more to get that wood to break down. It could take a LONG time. I found that consistently adding water to keep the pile moist speeds up the process.
