Question for you: you said yours love peanuts -- do you give them the unsalted peanuts in the shell, or already shelled?

Unsalted, unshelled peanuts. Peanuts are great for training them to eat out of your hand. I hold the peanuts in my hand and they take them and then I toss peanuts around the pen so they have to search for them.

Would sunflower seeds work? I read somewhere online that when you try and tame peafowl you can buy ordinary bags of regualar flavored sunflower seeds? Is this true? Thanks

Hmm I don't know. I feed my peafowl regular sunflower seeds every day they really like them but I don't use those to hand feed them.
