Toddlers are Quackers

:frow We had artwork like that once when our son was little. Once he started taking off his diaper we told him he had to start using the potty. Easiest potty training ever.

Oh that would be so nice! My first one, besides that incident, was great. Second one, not so much lol. She was super spoiled about it and I had to goad her into it by bribing her :p

lol, i have heard of this happening, i am so happy i never had to clean that up :sick

Oh yeah, the memory alone is worth checking them 5x a night making sure they aren't messing with it!

Girls are supposed to be easier to potty train. Idk about that. Booger Butt was a breeze. Duckling isn't really difficult. Just more challenging since I do have to give her up sometimes.
She removed one poopy diaper during a nap. I saw it on the monitor before anything too gross happened.
Btw, do you really need a better reason to not smoke?

Ha...no, not really. It's time to do it, he's starting to crawl and I can't be standing outside with a cigarette while he's roaming... He'll keep me busy, too, side track me :)

Once they can start taking the diaper off that's a good sign they are ready to potty train.
Mine can take his off, but he hasn't quite always figured out to tell me BEFORE he goes.

Ha-ha well he's halfway there ;) maybe boys are just less vocal about it? I notice my little guy doesn't squawk near as much as my girls did when he has a dirty dipe. He's pretty mellow about it but they freaked out if they were dirty...

Good morning, girls!!

My oldest DD was potty trained completely by 18 months.
My son, has been able to use the potty and asks sometimes.... but he's not as "gung ho" to use it, the way she was. He also gets into everything in the bathroom if left alone, and she never did.

When they can go in there, put the potty chair on the seat and pee alone, that's when I consider them fully trained. LOL

He always tells me when he's pooping, or is poopy about90% of the time. Pee he'll take his diaper off if it gets too full. He knows he can just take it off and someone will change him. But, I've tried just putting him in underwear, and he just pees in it, too.

He's just not quite there yet - had he been born at term and not at 24 weeks, I think he'd be potty trained already, but he's had to overcome so many health issues, and developmentaly stuff, that I'm just glad I'm where I'm at with him. lol At the rate he's going, I'll probably potty train him and his baby sister together. She's almost 1, and I started at 15 months with her older sister, so that should give him a few more months.

My oldest, was 4ish before he was out of diapers, and he continued to have accidents at night for many years, and he still occasionally has accidents at almost 13. (But he's special needs.)
