Toddlers are Quackers

I expect to have her Friday afternoon. The schedule was 3:30 Friday to 11:00 Saturday morning.
No idea how I came to have her last night. I don't question such things.
I know her sleeping is important. Very much so! It's hard to see how tired she is, and know that a person doesn't adjust to sleep deprivation. Even if she is 10 when she stops peeing herself, she will stop. I honestly don't know. Will she live to be 10 if she's only getting nine hours of sleep when her system wants 14-15/day?
8-7 is a short night here. Though average for her age. 8-8 is typical, until ten isn't unheard of. A two hour nap is average for her age. She sleeps three. Sometimes more.
I don't know what her bios are thinking. I know it's hard for her to switch around. More so because she can be told one thing, but something else happens.
I really don't think 8 hours of sleep a night will kill her (before she is 10). It may not be great but there are potentially MUCH more scarey things that could be going on that I would worry about.

Having raised her this far I would "ask" for a longer streatch with her like until at least Saturday evening or Sunday morning.
If they want you to raise a second baby I would negotiate that if you raise it you get to keep him/her till they are 5 and then have them 50% of the time after that.

Ahhhh! My favorite holiday!!

I don't know where she wants to be. I'm not always the most exciting. Though I swear that she likes the silence (no one yelling at anyone), the attention I pay her (she only asks a question once), being dry (despite that it's her choice at this point)... there are reasons to want to be here. But at three, I'm not sure who she'd choose.
I like the idea of demanding more time. :D

Princess refuses to poop in the potty at home. Last night, she was in panties, and she was sat down about two hours after we got home, before bed, but she wouldn't go. Less than a Half hour later, huge turd in her undies.
At least it was not diarrhea. She insisted on pull ups, then pooped again within 15 minutes, and finally peed. It's like she doesn't want to bother with the potty at home, but at school she's nearly accident free, even during nap time.

DD1 was great about going potty in the toilet, but used to hide behind a specific chair to poop. Got to a point that if we saw her sneaking back there we'd rush her into the bathroom. Eventually it took. To this day I still don't know what it was with her & that chair & poop.
