Just had a great time playing with the hose. Duckling ended up wearing her muck boots. I think she remembers that she's supposed to wear them in the coop. Anyway, I was playing with the hose, and she walked away to get eggs. She is such a good little helper!
I realized that being barefoot can be painful. The grass was crunchy, and the carcasses I put out have sharp bone shards. Lawnmower has run over them several times.
