I don't know if she remembers where they are located in the book or not, but she can tell the difference between the ducks and the geese in her picture book. Most of the time anyway.
She agreed that I need to get some geese to make sure she understands the difference!

And when I mentioned goats at TSC, she tried to pull out a bag of feed. Another animal that she does not typically recognize the picture of. She must have yesterday!

Duckling is not only going to know the difference between a chick and a duck but she is going to know the all breeds before you know it!
My 6 yr loves to point out who is who with my new batch of chicks.
And the Dominique, two Australorps and the GLW all look very similar!

So do one of the EE and the 2 Welsummers.
