Toddlers are Quackers

I appreciate that. I can hope! I am sure we all want our children to do well in life. I will settle for a functioning member of society.
Kajira, I've gotten used to chatting with you all day. Am I missing your posts, or are you quiet today?

I went to the doctor's this morning.

six month check up for Z... got home around noon, then was fighting with the kids over stuff. Had to clean up some stuff, move the turkey's outside and hope they are bright enough not to get themselves killed between now and full-sized birds. LOL

Finally got the kids all quiet and settled.

My oldest was home alone, and he was all bragging about "all the work he did" while I was gone... which means he watched TV the entire time I was gone. LOL

Funny story about the doctors. I had it written in my book that it was tomorrow at 10am.

Doctor's office called hubby friday, when he was at work. He basically hung up on them with out listening, because he was at work.... he didn't tell me until after business hours, that my apt was "monday"

I had to wait until they opened, at 8am, to call to find out what time the apt was... apparently, it was 830am, and I got off the phone at 8:13. it's a 20-30 minute drive.

I was literally out the door by 820, with no warning. none of my kids matched, i let them dress themselves with out approving the final results... and it wasn't pretty. My kids looked like scrub buckets. LOL

Toddler had on a baby sock, instead of his socks, that kind of stuff. plaid stripped shorts that clashed with the color of his shirt, daughter wore a stained elsa/anna sweatshirt and itty bitty black shorts, pink cow boy boots and no socks, and the baby ended up with a shirt on that had peanutbutter on it.

Luckily, I had a back up outfit in my bag for the baby. LOL

I was a few minutes late, but they still saw us. LOL

He looks fine, but I see what is bugging you. I don't like how Duckling looks sometimes. Up until the other day, it was clothes her parents sent her in. The other day I wasn't crazy about the outfit I put on her, but the pattern on the front matched the pants.

hahaha I usually let my kids wear whatever, unless we go somewhere, then I have to approve the colors/styles.

My oldest is notorious for wearing a striped shirt, with plaids in clashing colors. LOL
