Toddlers are Quackers

The goats have their own pens towards the back of the property.

The goat pens are behind the shed on the other side of the fence.
The chickens have a pen behind the shed and on the side, (the EE chicks.) that's between the shed and goat pen. My cochin/backyard/mix is in with the goats.
My billy goat has his own corner, and we are going to be fencing off the left side of the picture (there's another shed.) and run a turkey pen over there, a 100% protected silkie pen, and make another goat pen for the milk goats/babies behind the silkie pen.

I'm going to let the turkey's free range during the daytime and just lock them up at night to sleep.

The ducks/geese etc, will have a little pen on the right side of the shed in the picture, and I'll let them out if they feel like running wild and just pen them at night.

My silkies are the only ones I won't free-range, simply because I bought show-quality hatching eggs, and I don't want to lose them... the others are more easily replaced.

ooooo what kind of goats do you have???

Thanks. Next dumb question... Whats a rut?
