The cake pan is sitting next to me.

Duckling doesn't honestly like chocolate. She eats a few M&M's because it's a treat. But if I give her a lot, and/or for no reason, she ignores them. Her father drinks chocolate milk, and she will only drink it if she wants to please him.
She was eating the frosting off a piece of cake, and I offered her some of the cake. She spit it out all over my piece of cake.
