My mother is coming for a while on Saturday. Since her father owned a bakery, maybe she could help me make raised doughnuts. Too many recipes to choose from. She will know which is "right".
I was actually on Amazon earlier, looking at all of the doughnut cookbooks, pans and makers. I may like raised, but cake doughnuts have their use too!

LOL, there are a few shops near me that make donuts fresh daily, and sell out before 8am everyday
and by 'near' me i mean within an hours drive
