Toddlers are Quackers

It's sad that I know those shows from the first child I raised. You guys were raised on them!

The kids I babysat watched them. :D

I THINK DD is fine? Her schedule has been wonky since May. (moved, shot up 2-3 inches overnight, started "reading" half a dozen of her books overnight along with a bunch of other "I didn't know you could do that" things the same week, birthday trip to the beach, stomach bug through the house, trip to visit family.) She's just now starting to actively delay bedtime rather than just not being able to sleep (lights off doesn't work, reading in bed doesn't work - most pleasant for me, quiet movie doesn't work - though it is the calmest, so now I'm trying "well, may as well get chores done since I'm up." Hoping that if she doesn't get my dedicated attention, she'll go to bed sooner.)

You don't have to like it. It's just about time y'all know.
Btw, she's grown about a step stool the past twelve months. Look at her ringing the bell now versus the photo at the beginning of the thread.

Made two pillows out of old t-shirts while waiting for DD to fall asleep. Good thing they didn't need to be pretty, because I forgot how to finish a pillow (though I thought I remembered.) Now to drag the kids to Lowes for more screws and 2x4s for my coop.
