I realized last week that Duckling can actually have more to do with making iced tea. Cold brew bags! Of course, it’s also faster. More than anything, I like that I don’t have to worry about her getting burnt. If she’s underfoot while I’m holding the kettle or if I stupidly put the still hot kettle on the counter. She knows to be careful, but just the other day she opened the hot oven. I still don’t know why, but I’m glad she did. I’d put a plastic bowl in there.
Disclaimer I admit that I don’t think iced tea is a great drink for such a young child.

I had an abnormal mammogram and need a sonogram.

Lots of mammograms are "abnormal". Most go for ultrasound to exclude anything bad. Most are nothing nasty.
If the mammogram is difficult or suspicion is high (at least around here) you get directly referred to either get an MRI or to a surgeon.
So and don't panic yet.
