Toddlers are Quackers

I am seriously grateful for Nurse Duckling. She didn’t like being called a nurse until I explained what one is. She is excitedly calling herself one now.
“It’s my job as a nurse to hold the patient!” For electrolytes, I have to administer it. For the Safe-Guard, she does it.

She does. Lately she is especially noticing that I’m the only one with her eyes.

I just got Hulu, and introduced Duckling to Animaniacs. We can agree on a cartoon!

I always loved animaniacs! Especially the songs... some great creative song writing there... the ones on states and countries are awesome! And who couldn't love the Pinky and the Brain!

She saw the countries one, Slappy Squirrel, Pinky and the Brain playing Jeopardy, and a pigeon one. No Mindy and Buttons yet.

Hen died overnight yesterday.
Duckling is sick. Her fever was over 101 when she arrived yesterday morning. This morning I let her open an Etch a Sketch. Then I taught her to write, “I love you” with a heart. She actually didn’t do too bad when I showed her how to make a heart, but I did make a heart for her to use. I have a feeling she will be writing, “I <3 U” a lot now.

The preschoolers were better than the high schoolers.
Duckling ran off stage to get rid of her bells during a song. Very funny.
