Toe bent backward

One of my chicks has a funny foot. One toe is curving outward the wrong way. She's now 7 weeks old and the problem hasn't gotten any better, but she walks and jumps fine. Since she's acting perfectly normal, is it anything I should be worried about getting problematic?
