Toe problem

Wasn't sure where to put this. I've got some baby chicks at the moment and one if them seemed a bit wobbly. Initially we just thought it was an age thing, but one of her toes seems to be the problem. It looks normal but does curl like the others. Can a hen survive like this or would it be better to dispatch of her now?

You're welcome, here's a chick that I put shoes on last week for curled toes: edited to add that I also had to hobble her as her legs were all over the place. It took about 24 hours for her to run around like the others.
