I have a bantam who seems to constantly lay down a lot. I can see she's having difficulties in walking, it looks as though she is walking on the palms of her feet and not using her toes at all. I also noticed it looks as if her toes are curling upwards. I have heard of this in chickens but can't find how to care for the problem.. Her toes are very cold while the rest of her legs are warm, she doesn't dig like the rest, she tries to keep up with the silkies but can't because of the difficulty in walking, I looked at her feet no cuts, no swelling, they look absolutely normal.. Any advice would be great...
