Toes Lifting Upward and Trouble Walking

Zooming in the tip of his left digit toe seems bloody and the joints of his back toe as well.
How do his droppings look?

That is just the lighting. No blood on his feet and his stool is formed. No blood at all.

His legs feel warmer than normal. He tries to pull them away when I touch them so I am assuming they are painful. He is also holding out his wings which is another sign I read of MS because it is also affecting the wing joints.

There is no evidence of Coccidiosis. His stool is formed, no signs of blood. I would think he would have gotten much worse by now if it was Marek's. I would think he would have improved somewhat if it were vitamin deficiency since he received a cocktail shot from the vet. I don't know what else it could be if not MS.
