you guys are making me laugh...my husband wont touch it with a ten foot pole or in his words " I wont eat it with your mouth" lol. Its fine for females I stand by that. Its the marginal elevated estrogen that gets him in a frenzy. He gets uptight when our son asks for it too lol.

Tofu rules! You can eat it so many ways. You can hide it in almost anything. I love to just eat a slab of it.
