Tolbunt Polish

I am wanting to buy tolbunt polish chicks, and I was wondering what a fair price is for one chick. Does anybody with experience buying and/or selling have any ideas of what is a good price?

My husband's uncle was selling the tolbunts that he had for $15. My rooster was from that hatch. I'm not sure what the standard pricing is otherwise.

Would anybody trade jubilee orpington eggs for tolbunt polish eggs. My jubilees aren't laying yet, but for future reference.
