Does anyone have experience using toltrazuril for coccidiosis in chickens? I’ve read conflicting things about egg withdrawal, some say 19 days, others 60 days and then some who say you can never eat the eggs again.

I wrote viovet about using toltrazuril (Baycox) for hens because I had read conflicting comments on the internet. Here is my response:

The egg withdrawal period for Baycox is as follows:
Eggs: Not authorized for use in laying birds producing eggs for human consumption. Do not use within 4 weeks before onset of laying.

I have also read that in 2018 Bayer was looking to change this and find a withdrawal time. I have not seen any updates regarding this.
