Tom or hen?

I have two turkeys that are nine weeks old. One of them is strutting as pictured, and the snood is getting a little bigger and redder when it does this. The other turkey does not do this.

Do turkey hens do this too? I'm reading conflicting information! Thank you.

I know next to nothing about turkeys but fortunately you can post on the "turkey thread," and receive answers from people that do know. Put "turkey thread," in the search box and it will come up.
