It very well could be a tom, but it really looks like a hen. My hen looked like that at three months see, my tom was much more developed. The face and everything really resembles a hen
Thank you how long before you think it'll show more signs of being either. Iv done chickens a lot but this is my first turkey and I am not familiar with turkeys
 
Hen. Based upon the feathers on her neck & head and the light edging of her chest feathers.
Thank you! The first time I don't want a hen I want some more but finding them is a lot harder then picking up some more chicks. She gets along with the chickens but I'm sure she'd get along better with some more turkeys
 
Well at three months my tom was already displaying and trying to gobble and he was very developed. I'd say rn you have a hen. But as I said it could be a tom. Behavior is important too watch for displaying/ gobble attempts. Voice is a tell tale sign too how does it sound? You should know about now, if not VERY soon.

Thank the turkey just makes a bunch of just higher pitch chirp sounds short and quick
