So now its 4 months old. At 4 months old it will have mature feathers on the breast. It is hard to tell from the side but it still looks like the lower edges of the breast feathers are light colored which means that it is a hen.

The caruncles are much smaller than a tom of that age would have. The snood of a tom of that age would expand far below the end of the beak.

The heaviness of the legs indicate to me that it is of the broad breasted type.

Hens can and do strut. Hens can have a snood that expands to the end of their beak.
This is a hen that has laid many eggs and hatched and raised many poults.
The tom is on the left and the hen is on the right.
My toms could shrink and expand their snood

Yeah I think it's a tom could be a hen but I had a heritage turkey at 4 months old who was a late bloomer, his snood now is even at over a year still not the biggest but he's a tom. He gobbles all day displays and is way over a year and doesn't lay. And then I have an almost 6 month old heritage tom who is the opposite he matured fast and is big with a big snood and almost longer beard than my year old tom.
