Tom turkey got ahold of RIR hen, can I do anything for her?

If you need to, take a Qtip and swab out the inside of her beak. Sometimes blood will accumulate in there and get sticky. Then offer warmed sugar water, a few drops at a time. Hydration and warmth first.
I see you got the bleeding stopped, usually it will stop on it's own or with just a bit of slight pressure.
Triple antibiotic ointment around the eyes and face would be very good to use. You want to get that skin moisturized with the ointment, she may have a bit more swelling overnight, so the ointment will help with that. Slather some on her comb too. It won't hurt if you get the ointment in her eye.
IF you don't have triple antibiotic ointment to put on the facial tissue, the I would use Vaseline, just don't get that in her eyes.
You may note some bubbles/foam in her eye in the morning or over the next day or so, if you do, just flush with saline, reapply your ointment. Sometimes during a beating, they can get a bit of dirt/debris or slight scratch to the eye, as long as you keep it flushed an apply ointment it should be fine.
