So I’ve had my rooster Zuko for 2 yrs now.. and I woke up to see him and my turkey Durk fighting, and Durk was certainly winning as I could tell by the swinging and pinning down, and Zuko was not backing down. Then, I noticed there was blood all over Durk’s beak and face. I quickly ran outside and retrieved Zuko and he is still alive and barely breathing, his comb feeling bare and his feathers bloodied and already drying. I am so heartbroken to see him like this, he is my baby. I washed off his bloody comb and waddles and the feathers surrounding his head, and put some Neosporin on him, and I’m trying to get him to drink. He isn’t drinking on his own so I have to raise the dish to get his beak in it. I’m so terrified right now…. I hope this isn’t the end… Zuko is so special to my household..

Can see a picture of him after you washed him up? Try scrambling some eggs and giving those to him. You couls also give hime some electrolyte water. Here's a recipe-
1 C. Water
2 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Baking Soda

You should also put some disinfectant on his wounds.

Here is some pictures of him right now. I let him out about an hour ago and he was a bit active then, but still a little droopy. He’s relaxing right now. I’m planning on giving him some scrambled eggs right about now.

I gave him some egg + eggshell.. he’s keeping a long distance from Durk, and he’s back to flirting with the ladies.
