mine love tomatoes, I just toss them out and they are gone, I planted my squash this year right at the end of the chicken coop, went out yesterday to check their water and My hens were lined up at the fence around the squash just staring at the beautiful green plants they could not get to because of the fence. They will probably be as happy to see the squash come in as I will. marrie
