tomorrow is their due date? questions!

You won't always hear cheeping! So don't worry. Sometimes I do and sometimes I'll see an egg moving but not always. What you do want to see is a pip (a little break on the egg). It can take 24 hours sometimes to see anything new after that pip. At some point they'll start breaking the shell open and that's when the real fun starts! And sometimes nothing happens at all or nothing develops from the pip. I hate that but it does happen. Just give it a few days and you'll have chicks.

Hatching is wonderous, fun, crazy and infuriating all at the same time!

My newest little ones with Mama Sumatra. She has 7, you can only see 5 in the pic. They are 3 and 4 days old. As far as I know this is the 1st mama has brought them outside!
