Do they adjust egos?

If making oneself feel better about their heighth increases their ego, yes. It does nothing to decrease the egos of those of us that already have big egos.

don't you just LOVE snow on a day when it's waayy to late for snow? pretty soon we'll be having snowstormes from December until July! My favorite time is when there's no snow for christmas, but a few days after, when you need to go somewhere... SNOW

Not really. There comes a time when I'm ready for spring. I love cold weather, but five months of it is more than I want. We had a late snow in April last year, two of them, actually. They killed all but a couple of our onions we had just planted. The carrots and peas survived, thankfully.

ahh. you are somewhat missing out, and somewhat lucky. where I live, the unnofficial law is that one must have a pickup truck (someone has to plow the driveway )

also, is it just crazy me, or are there others out there who have the urge to decorate their house with faux holly sprigs and little santa clauses and glittery glass ornaments before Halloween?

I wasn't sure. I do enjoy snow a lot when it's the season for it, though. Back in 2019, we got sooo much snow. There was five feet of it piled up in our backyard. That was really fun for a few days. Of course, it stuck around for a while month, when it finally got shallow enough to shovel a path.
