Today is going to be the first time ducklings are going to sleep outside but i feel like it’s to cold. They are 3 weeks old and it’s 64 degrees outside and it’s going to go down to 57 degrees. Should i have them sleep inside with me till it gets warmer? Or is it okay for them to sleep outside?

i put our last brood in their new coop a couple days before they were three weeks old. My intention was for them to stay there all day and back to the brooder that night. They loved being outside so much that I left them. The temps varied from around 102 down to the coldest night of 61 or 62. They had hay, a place to get out of the wind, and each other. They are all doing very well and getting about as bad about being spoiled like their parents. Expect treats and pool time every day.

X 2 I had mine outside at 3 weeks old too and exactly like you, I had hay and a warm place for the 9 of them.
